Chris graduated from pharmacy school from the University of Kansas in 2013 with his PharmD. He is board certified in critical care and specializes in the care of ICU patients. Soccer is Chris’ favorite team sport, he enjoys challenging workouts that provide a since of accomplishment. When asked what brings you to BOX STL, Chris says, “I came to BOX STL to find a good cross training workout to get myself in shape with a busy schedule, however I found a whole lot more than that… I found that BOX STL is a Family and a way of life. I felt supported by the staff to reach my goals and I felt accountable for my success which kept me coming back. I haven’t looked back! Chris is friendly and easy going, he loves to challenge himself and those around him to be better. These traits make Chris a trainer that pushes you to do your best to achieve your goals.
My personal mantra:
It does not matter what you are doing, just be the best at it.
My training style is:
Staying active and in shape is essential in physical and mental health! Without an active lifestyle and a way to blow off steam I would probably go crazy.
What gives me my fighting spirit:
I strive every day to be a better husband, father, pharmacist, trainer and person. There is always a way to improve yourself and broaden your horizons.
